A relaxation app for sleep’s wind-down phase
By Bottle Me
Sleep apps promise a lot — tracking, analytics, “sleep scores”. The humble version simply helps you wind down in the hour before bed. That is a smaller promise, and a real one.
The wind-down session
Ten minutes of slow colouring with dim light and Night Shift. Low-stimulation, bounded, no autoplay. It lowers arousal in a way that supports, not guarantees, sleep.
What it does not do
No sleep tracking, no scoring, no “perfect night” judgement. Sleep is influenced by too many factors for an app to optimise; this one just helps the transition.
Pair with the basics
Consistent bedtime, dark room, no feed after the session. The app is the wind-down ritual; the hygiene around it does the real work.
